Does steel framing cost more than wood?
For qualifying designs, Tiny Terra can offer engineered steel framing at no added cost compared with a comparable wood-framed design.
What is the difference between Shell, Hybrid and Turnkey?
The packages determine how much of the project Tiny Terra completes versus work you may choose to finish separately.
How much does an ADU cost?
Cost depends on size, site conditions, utilities, foundation, finishes and permitting requirements. We prepare project-specific estimates rather than advertising a misleading one-size-fits-all price.
How long does the process take?
The timeline depends heavily on design and municipal permitting. Once we review the property, we can provide a more realistic project schedule.
